Calabar – The Cross River Police Command
has confirmed that nine people died in a fire
outbreak that occurred at Linc Oil and Gas
tank farm at around on Sunday monring. Mr Hafiz Inuwa, the State Commissioner of
police, who spoke at the scene of the event,
confirmed the figure. A 33,000 litres tanker fully laden with diesel with registration number TUT 258 XA exploded after crashing into a BMW car with registration number LSD 462 CZ at Toyota junction, Ladipo bus stop along Oshodi – Mile 2 expressway on Monday
